Keturah Reserve, MBI City, District 7, Dubai
My client has recently purchased a plot of land in the exclusive Keturah Reserves in Dubai with the intention of building a unique and stylish home that stands out from the surrounding houses. The design of the house was centered around the theme of nature, with water features and olive trees incorporated into the design with minimalistic details and the use of concrete, span of glass, white stucco profiles and real stone....
This contemporary villa has a modernist and futuristic design. The main entrance is surrounded by water features and is symmetrically positioned in the middle of the front facade, effectively dividing the interior spaces into two separate blocks. The coordinates of the architecture are set by a central rectangular courtyard and water feature, which connect the two rectangular blocks through a glass bridge on the upper floor.
To the left of the main entrance, there is a spacious show kitchen with an open space family living area that opens onto the courtyard and the outdoor pool. On the right side of the main entrance, there is the main living room area, which features a custom-made angular burnished black fireplace and a bar with green onyx cladding and a suspended cantilevered grey marquina marble counter.
Upstairs, there are six en-suite bedrooms. The top floor features a spa, gym, an entertainment area with a large outdoor terrace and a sleek contemporary transparent glass bridge pool.
